Hello! I worked at home ALL morning... laundry, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen scrubbing. WHEW! I fueled the start of the day with a banana. For lunch and dinner I made a HUGE salad. The mix was in the reduced produce area and was only ......drumroll please....... 50 CENTS!!
Mixed with tomatoes, apple, pear, and mushrooms and topped with grape seed oil and balsamic vinegar it was huge enough to eat for lunch AND dinner.
And by dinner time the mushrooms had time to soak up all the vinegary goodness!
Dinner was paired with a super ripe pear. I really love pears.>
