Corn Toasties

When I was little I LOVED Thomas' Corn Toast-r Cakes.  We called them Corn Toasties and had them with butter. 

They were on sale at Shoprite, so we bought some.  For some weird reason, I didn't want to have it with butter.  The mere thought is almost sacrilegious, but it's true.  I changed it up and had it with.....

BANANA BUTTER!!  I used a fresh banana instead of a frozen one.  Same result.

Delicious Day

My car was in the shop so I didn't go to work this morning. BAD idea. I ate my way through the morning. It started out okay with a smoothie, but then progressed into Nutella covered cannolis. It was bad. REAL bad.

I tried to get it back on track with lunch.

After I got home from work at night I was hungry. I don't know how this is possible after all I ate, but I was. I decided to join the Banana Butter Band. 1 frozen banana plus a few scoops of peanut butter equaled WOW!
